8 Steps From Idea to Shelf

Briefing & Needs Analysis
We listen to your brand, target market and product expectations. We clarify quantity, category, yarn preference and delivery target together.

Design & CAD Drawing
We draw the pattern, color and structure in CAD. If you have a design we apply it exactly; if not, we develop it together with our technical team.

Yarn & Material Selection
We determine the yarn by intended use: cotton, lyocell, modal, wool or multi-ply cotton. When organic content is required, we guide you to GOTS/OCS certified yarn.

Sample Production
We knit a physical sample for your approval. You see the hand feel, measurements and pattern fidelity on the real product.

Approval & Revision
We collect feedback on the sample and apply the necessary revisions. We move to mass production only with your approval.
